Niki Hinckle is the Senior Vice President of Physician Services for WellSpan, previously Summit Health.   For the six years, Niki has been responsible for strategic planning and development of provider services to ensure that Wellspan is meeting the health care needs of the community.  Prior to this time, she held several positions in the healthcare field within Summit along with management positions in Hagerstown, Maryland.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Frostburg University.  

 

Her professional affiliations include The American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Academy of Professional Coders and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association, advanced lean certified through Virginia Mason Institute, a certified professional coder and a Board Member for Roy A. Himelfarb Surgery Center and The Totem Pole Playhouse.

Niki and her husband, Tyson reside in Hagerstown, MD and have two grown sons, both currently serving in the military.  When Niki is not at work she enjoys running, outdoor concerts, baseball games and spending time with her children and family.
